Course Information

This programme has been designed to provide the necessary knowledge in two areas of basic expertise for a psychologist: neurosciences and cyberpsychology. These two paths have been created for you to tailor your degree to match your career goals giving you the option to study a variety of modules from data science and psychoanalysis to artificial intelligence, social psychology and much more.

Completing this programme may lead to a professional license in social work, counseling, mental health and applied behaviour analysis, among other things. Gained qualifications also allow working for various organisations including in the clinical and community sectors as well as various sectors such as business and marketing, health care, government and much more.

This master's programme in Psychology is offered in partnership with Universita Telematica Internazionale UNINETTUNO. This means that the degree will be awarded by Universita Telematica Internazionale UNINETTUNO.

The programme is campus based. You’ll be studying in a well-equipped campus located in the heart of Berlin, Germany’s capital, a country that has been ranked as one of the world’s most innovative countries according to the 2021 Bloomberg Innovation Index.

Learning format

The learning model is based on close cooperation between tutors and fellow students to make the most of discussions and interactive projects you will be involved in.

Classes are being conducted in well-facilitated classrooms with access to all the resources required for your studies including textbooks, academic trade journals, online lectures and much more. Additional e-resources can be found in Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). Learning model includes experience field trips and practical workshops.


Entry requirements

  • Minimum age: 21
  • Academic qualifications:

A three-year bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution in a related discipline.

High-school certificate.

If you do not have a bachelor’s degree, but you have another academic qualification such as an HND or a Level 5 Diploma and/or professional experience, you are also welcome to apply. Your acceptance may be subject to successfully sitting an entrance exam and an interview.

  • English language requirements:

IELTS 6.0 (no less than 5.5 in any component), equivalent Password Test, PTE Academic (both in test centre and online accepted) 50 + score, TOEFL IBT or equivalent (e.g. Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC), Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), Trinity's Integrated Skills in English (ISE): ISE I (B1) for BAF with *Pass in each component; ISE II (B2) for all Master and BA courses with *Pass in each component; ISE III (C1) for DBA with *Pass in each component.

English proficiency requirements can be waived for:*

Native English speakers, applicants who completed their education in English (such as a high school diploma or IB),

applicants who completed their undergraduate degree in English in an English-speaking country,

applicants with Medium of Instruction letter for a qualification awarded within the last 5 years,

West African Senior School Certificate (WAEC) as proof of English for applicants from West Africa, namely Nigeria, Ghana, Liberia, Gambia and Sierra Leone (with conditions*).

WAEC English Language component must be at level C6 or above.
