This programme provides a holistic understanding of business and management. You will practice how to understand the language of numbers, make data-driven decisions, lead people development, but also will be involved in exploring important societal themes of today and tomorrow, including Industry 4.0, social justice, and sustainability.
Some of the interesting aspect of the programme include: driving the development, critical review, and implementation of operational policies and practices, compliance with internal and external governances, guiding organizational strategies such as change and agile transformation programmes, diversification, new product implementation, and customer experience improvement, leading and responding to crisis management for solutions that meet the needs of both the organisation and its stakeholders in a responsible, ethical manner.

Programme consists of 10 modules (each 15 credits), followed by MBA project and consultancy (30 credits).
Course assessments are categorized into two types – formative and summative. As a part of formative assessments, you will be provided with peer and tutor feedback delivered formally or informally, and used in a developmental way to assist your learning. Formative assessment does not contribute towards the final mark of the module.
Summative assessments formally measuring your capabilities against the learning outcomes of each module. Summative assessments include essays, presenting business cases and business proposals, coaching and mentoring, self-reflective writing and career plans for employability post MBA.

If a candidate does not have a degree or equivalent professional qualification but meets the other eligibility criteria, they may still apply. To do this, a candidate must submit a portfolio of evidence to demonstrate that they can benefit from, contribute to and succeed on the MBA programme. Additionally, a candidate should have completed approximately seven years of full-time appropriate work experience.
