In order to manage an event one needs to ensure establishing the venue, understanding objectives, sourcing and managing suppliers, managing budget and risk, managing marketing and communication activities, providing entertainment, obtaining required permits, designing and producing and event.
This programme offering professional insight into the field, has been designed for current practitioners who wish to advance their skills and progress their careers in events planning and management.

The course content offers a combination of online webinars, learning activities and reading materials available both in online and offline version. Also optional residential workshops held across the world, including UK, Asia and Middle East, are an integral part of this programme. These usually take four days and are planned months in advance so that students wishing to be part of it have enough space to plan their attendance. As much as it is not compulsory, it is strongly encouraged as it offers a real-world experience.
You will be participating in online discussion forums, where ideas will be shared and perspectives and experiences discussed with other students. You will be in touch with your tutors offering you feedback commenting on your efforts and work put in modules.
All course materials are available via Moodle, an easy-to-use Digital Learning Environment (DLE), allowing access at any time and from anywhere. All you need is regular access to a computer and an internet connection.
In order to qualify for the programme, the following requirements need to be met:
▸ An honours degree or Level 6 equivalent qualification.
▸ Proof of proficiency in English (a 6.5 score on IELTS test of English, 550 in written TOEFL) if English is not your first language.
Candidates without a degree or formal qualifications are still encouraged to apply.
