In order to qualify for the programme the following requirements need to be met:
• A minimum 2.2 Honours degree or international equivalent, ideally in a subject related to health or social care.
• If you don’t have a 2.2 Honours degree or international equivalent in a related subject, equivalent professional qualifications/personal experience may be considered. Such applicants will need to provide evidence of ability by submitting a 500-word essay that explores – with reference to published evidence - the importance of effective leadership in healthcare.
• One professional or academic reference.
• An IELTS 6.0 score (with minimum 5.5 in each skill) if your first language isn’t English.
