Course Information
This programme offers an international approach to Human Resource Management, providing students with a unique analytical, critical, and information technology skills set. The concluding point of this programme is to submit a final investigative project, which can be based on current employment. This project can contribute towards progressing your career.

Learning format
The course content offers a combination of online webinars, learning activities and reading materials available both in online and offline version.
You will be participating in online discussion forums, where ideas will be shared and perspectives and experiences discussed with other students. You will be in touch with your tutors offering you feedback commenting on your efforts and work put in modules.
All course materials are available via Moodle, an easy-to-use Digital Learning Environment (DLE), allowing access at any time and from anywhere. All you need is regular access to a computer and an internet connection.
Entry requirements
In order to qualify for the programme, the following requirements need to be met:
- A second-class honours degree or equivalent in any academic subject seeking to
pursue or continue a career in HR - English language proficiency at a minimum of IELTS band 6.5 with no component
score below 6.0 (or other acceptable proof), if English is not your first language
Applicants without a degree or formal qualifications, but with appropriate professional experience, may also be considered.
