This programme has been designed for mature managers to upskill their competencies in order to manage better challenges posed by the promptly evolving commercial world. You will be encouraged to reflect on your own organization and industry you are working in as well as your role to apply theory to case studies of other organizations. MBA’s main concentration is on aspects of organizational decision making, management and leadership as these are having a direct influence on macro-economic environment. You will be studying theories and models focusing on growth of international trade and globalization that can be instantly applicable in practice. Optional modules allow enriching your educational journey of other business disciplines.

Learning format

The MBA programme consists of ten core modules and choice of two electives. In order to complete your master's, you are required to complete 180 credits.

Entry requirements

In order to qualify for the programme an applicant can needs to present an academic degree and relevant work experience of about 3-4 years. In case of lack of academic degree, a minimum of 6- 8 years of relevant work experience is enough to apply.

Additionally, all applicants should be proficient in English language.
