International Human Resource Management is all about opening up positions to an international audience enabling smooth business operations in an international and globalized environment. This programme will provide both managers and HR practitioners with the intellectual learning and professional skills required to contribute to organizational well-being. With businesses expanding globally there is need for HR professionals being able to work and operate in a globalized environment.

This programme focuses on the international dimensions and implications of Human Resource Management practices and their impact on business functions, including the complexities of managing people across multiple countries, legislative frameworks and cultures. The programme is designed in a way to merge modules concentrating on managing performance, learning and development and managing change and conflict with core business skills such as leadership, data and financial management, business ethics and sustainability. Through studying these you will enquire skills and knowledge capable of strategically influencing your organisation through people development.    

 This programme offers alternative awards, meaning you may opt for either a full Masters degree, or finish up with either Post Graduate Diploma or Post Graduate Certificate.

Learning format

This master degree programme consists of eight modules followed by dissertation. In order to achieve a full Master of Science (MSc) you are required to complete 180 credits, 120 credits to achieve the postgraduate diploma (PG Dip) and 60 credits to achieve the postgraduate certificate (PG Cert).

Entry requirements

In order to qualify for the programme an applicant can needs to present an academic degree and relevant work experience of about 3-4 years. In case of lack of academic degree, a minimum of 6- 8 years of relevant work experience is enough to apply.

Additionally, all applicants should be proficient in English language.
